Return Policy

We work hard to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and we understand that you love to be brave and pretty just as much as we do.

However, there are times when things can go wrong and you end up with a regret shopping experience. We want you to be happy and so have a fair return and refund policy.

For Malaysia :-

Return and refund within 14 calendar days

You have 14 calendar days to request for refund and return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging as the same condition that you received it, and with the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. The cost of return shipping will be added to your refund. 

Return and exchange within 14 calendar days

You are not eligible for a return and refund if your item has been used. If your item is unused but not in the original packaging as the same condition that you received, you are eligible for a return to exchange another goods. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your goods exchange after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, please provide your registered email in our online store, we will initiate an online shopping voucher or a credit amount into your registered account for you to exchange another goods within a certain amount of days. The cost of return shipping will be added to your registered account.
